Hi, I'm Catherine Taylor, Director for Enterprise Data and Analytics here at Elsevier, and I love being part of this really diverse culture.

Back in 2018, during the launch of the London Pride chapter, our CEO at the time, sent an unequivocal message of inclusion. It was something to the effect of, regardless of which part of the world you're from, everyone should be able to bring their full selves to work without fear of discrimination, and that he was personally committed to ensure that.

Over the last year, I had a chance to experiment with generative AI without a fear, because we know that failure is success in progress. And that's not all. With family care days and ability to work from anywhere, I've been able to support and raise my daughter,

A personal highlight in my current Elsevier engagement activities is the Language & Culture Tandem’ program which I have recently extended from a local idea to an Elsevier global program. We have participants all around the world bringing together colleagues of all backgrounds to network and learn from each other.
